West Coast Bins Pty Ltd (Trading As Coastal Waste Bins, Coastal Waste Management, Recover Bins, Recycling Bins) is committed to providing our customers with a high level of after sale services. If you change your mind or no longer require our services prior to the delivery date of your ordered skip bin we offer the following:

Full refunds will be issued: Less a $10 booking fee

You will be entitled to a full refund (excluding the $10 booking fee) if you, the customer, cancel your order by contacting West Coast Bins Pty Ltd no less than 24 hours prior to delivery, either via email sales@coastalwaste.com.au or by phoning 1300 110 132.

You will also be entitled to a full refund (excluding $10 booking fee), in the unlikely event of a non-delivery of your bin. This does not include preferred delivery times within that day, ONLY NON-DELIVERY. Should the service provider reschedule a delivery or a collection of the bin than the above is null and void

(Please contact West Coast Bins Pty Ltd Immediately with any issues regarding delivery to avoid cancellation fees)

After delivery there will be no refunds regardless of whether the skip bin has been filled or not. All charges are applicable.

Partial refunds will be issued:

You will be entitled to a partial refund in the event an order is cancelled by you, the customer, less than 24 hours prior to the Delivery Date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the charged amount and payable to West Coast Bins Pty Ltd

Cancellations on the delivery date will also incur a call out fee directly to West Coast Bins Pty Ltd.

Non refundable

The $10 booking fee is non-refundable

Refund Account

Refunds will ONLY be made payable to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Refunds will be made within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.
